To provide an elevator door device and a door dislocation prevention tool capable of more reliably preventing a door panel from being dislocated from a threshold groove by using a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A dislocation prevention tool body 28 has an attachment portion 28a, an insertion portion 28b, and a plurality of protrusions 28c. The insertion portion 28b protrudes downward from the lower end of a door panel 23 and is inserted into a threshold groove 25a. Each of the protrusions 28c protrudes from the insertion portion 28b toward a second wall surface 25c.
