Zusammenfassung:	To provide an elevator device and a guide voice adjustment method which make efficient adjustments for each of a car of guide voice.SOLUTION: An elevator device provided in a car of an elevator comprises a speaker output function unit connected to a speaker which outputs guide voice to a passenger, a microphone input/output function unit connected to an emergency interphone microphone installed in the car, and a control unit, and the control unit outputs test voice from the speaker via the speaker output function unit, acquires from the microphone input/output function unit, sound collection results of the test voice by the emergency interphone microphone, and adjusts the guide voice on the basis of the sound collection results by the emergency interphone microphone.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】案内音声の乗かご毎の調整を効率化すること。【解決手段】エレベーターの乗かごに設けられるエレベーター装置であって、乗客に案内音声を出力するスピーカーと接続するスピーカー出力機能部と、前記乗かご内に設置された非常用インターホンマイクに接続するマイク入出力機能部と、制御部と、を備え、前記制御部は、前記スピーカー出力機能部を介して前記スピーカーから試験用音声を出力し、前記非常用インターホンマイクによる前記試験用音声の集音結果を前記マイク入出力機能部から取得し、前記非常用インターホンマイクによる集音結果に基づいて前記案内音声を調整する。【選択図】図３
