DISASTER PREVENTION SUPPORT SYSTEM

To provide a disaster prevention support system that can identify the location of a person in a disaster monitoring area using image data captured by a mobile terminal.SOLUTION: A mobile terminal is implemented with an application that transmits image data captured by a camera to a cloud server. The cloud server includes: a machine learning unit that performs pre-learning to identify a location in a facility from the image data based on the image data at various locations in a disaster monitoring area received from the mobile terminal when the application is executed during normal times when no disaster is occurring; a location estimation unit that estimates location information regarding the location of the image data from the prior learning results by the machine learning unit, using the image data taken in the disaster monitoring area received from the mobile terminal by the execution of the application at the time of a disaster as input; and a notification processing unit that notifies external parties of the location information estimated by the location estimation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】携帯端末により撮像された画像データを利用して、災害監視エリア内における人物位置の特定を行うことのできる防災支援システムを得る。【解決手段】携帯端末は、カメラで撮像した画像データをクラウドサーバに送信するアプリが実装されており、クラウドサーバは、災害が発生していない平常時において、アプリが実行されることで携帯端末から受信した災害監視エリア内の種々の場所での画像データに基づいて、画像データから施設内の位置を特定するための事前学習を行う機械学習部と、災害発生時において、アプリが実行されることで携帯端末から受信した災害監視エリア内で撮像された画像データを入力として、機械学習部による事前学習結果から、撮像場所に関する位置情報を推定する位置推定部と、位置推定部で推定された位置情報を外部に通知する通知処理部とを有する。【選択図】図２
