Zusammenfassung: | To reduce wastes and CO2 emissions by efficiently burning green wastes such as wood chips, dead grass, waste wood and waste paper, and waste plastics, which are combustible wastes having been incinerated or landfilled, and effectively using them as heat sources for boilers, etc.SOLUTION: The present invention is a small burner with excellent combustion efficiency that sends fuel toward an outlet while rapidly combusting fuel, and automatically discharges ash by blowing hot air to the fuel while rotating a combustion cylinder. In tests, the outside of an outer cylinder is around 50°C, but a maximum combustion temperature of approximately 1000°C is obtained inside the combustion cylinder, which is an inner cylinder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】焼却処理や埋め立て処理されている可燃性廃棄物である木屑、枯草、廃木材、紙くずなどの植物性廃棄物及びプラスチック廃材を燃料として効率良く燃焼させ、ボイラーなどの熱源として有効利用することで廃棄物を減量しCO2の排出を削減することが課題である。【解決手段】本発明は、燃焼筒を回転させつつ、燃料に高温の空気を吹き付けて供給する事で、燃料を急速に燃焼させながら出口方向に送り自動的に灰を排出する燃焼効率の良い小型バーナーである。試験では外筒の外側は50℃前後であるが、内筒である燃焼筒内部で最大で約1000℃の燃焼温度が得られた。【選択図】図1 |
