| Zusammenfassung: | To provide a curable composition for obtaining a mill blank for dental cutting and machining having high mechanical properties without the presence of strain and crack and breakage, and a mill blank for dental cutting and machining which is a molded and cured product of this curable composition.SOLUTION: A curable composition for use in a mill blank for dental cutting and machining, comprises 14 to 36 mass% of (A) a bifunctional urethane methacrylate monomer represented by the formula below, 2 to 12 mass% of (B) a bifunctional methacrylate monomer without an urethane group, 60 to 80 mass% of (C) inorganic filler, 0.1 to 0.5 mass% of (D) a thermal polymerization initiator, and 0.1 to 0.5 mass% of (E) a chain transfer agent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】ひずみの存在、及びクラックや欠け等がなく、高い機械的物性を有する歯科切削加工用ミルブランクを得るための硬化性組成物及び硬化性組成物を成型硬化させた歯科切削加工用ミルブランクを提供する。【解決手段】１４～３６質量％の下記式で表される二官能性ウレタンメタアクリレートモノマー(Ａ)、２～１２質量％のウレタン基を含まない二官能性メタアクリレートモノマー(Ｂ)、６０～８０質量％の無機充填剤(Ｃ)、０．１～０．５質量％の加熱重合開始剤(Ｄ)、及び、０．１～０．５質量％の連鎖移動剤(Ｅ)を含むことを特徴とする歯科切削加工用ミルブランクに用いるための硬化性組成物を用いることで課題を解決できる。TIFF2024125129000009.tif33147【選択図】なし |
