FACE AND AIR FILTER DEVICE

To provide a face for an air filter which can prevent insufficient diffusion performance and raising of indoor dust at a non-unidirectional type air outlet installed in a clean room and is installed on a ceiling surface, and to provide an air filter device including the face.SOLUTION: In a filter 1, on a plate 10 covering an air outlet, a plurality of blade shaped peripheral openings 20 disposed in an annular form in a radial direction are formed. Further, in an inner ring 22 of the annular peripheral openings 20, a plurality of openings 30 each having a small diameter are formed. Furthermore, an opening 40 having a larger diameter than the openings 30 having the small diameter is formed in the inner ring 22.
