Further, the monitor ground center includes a flying path prediction device which generates flying path predication information comprising future time and position information. The communication route search device searches for, based on the flying path prediction information, a neighbor passing monitor satellite ID which can monitor a neighbor of a flying object launch point including change of a visual field to conduct searches of flying object information transmission time, a monitor satellite ID, and an optimal route to transmit the flying object information to the monitor satellite ID. Further, the communication route search device transmits an order command to the communication satellite group and provides a monitor order to a monitor satellite group via the communication satellite passing in the neighbor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】間欠的に噴射を繰り返す飛翔体における滑空段階の追跡を実現することを目的とする。【解決手段】監視地上センターは、通信衛星および監視衛星が次の通信衛星および監視衛星に飛翔体情報を伝送する予報時刻を列挙したリストと、当該通信衛星群に通信指令を与えるコマンドとを生成物とする衛星情報の通信ルート探索装置を具備する。また、監視地上センターは、将来の時刻と位置情報により構成される飛翔経路予測情報を生成する飛翔経路予測装置を具備する。通信ルート探索装置は、飛翔経路予測情報に基づき、視野変更を含めて飛翔体発射地点近傍を監視可能な近傍通過監視衛星IDを探索して、飛翔体情報伝送時刻と監視衛星ID、および当該監視衛星IDに飛翔体情報を伝送するまでの最適ルート探索を実施する。また、通信ルート探索装置は、通信衛星群に、指令コマンドを送信し、近傍を通過する通信衛星を経由して、監視衛星群に監視指令を与える。【選択図】図9 |
