To provide a water discharge device capable of suppressing water leakage between a panel part and a hand wash basin even when the resin panel part and the ceramic hand wash basin are combined for use.SOLUTION: A water discharge device includes: a panel part; a water discharge part provided in the panel part; a water supply part supplying water to the water discharge part; and a ceramic hand wash basin provided in front of the panel part. The panel part has a storage space storing at least a part of the water supply part between itself and an installation surface. The panel part has a covered surface overlapping the hand wash basin in a back and forth direction and an exposed surface which is located above the covered surface and does not overlap the hand wash basin in the back and forth direction.
