To provide a reverse osmosis membrane device washing method and a reverse osmosis membrane device washing device where a washing effect can be properly kept even in a low water temperature period and water permeability of a separation membrane can be efficiently recovered.SOLUTION: A washing method of a reverse osmosis membrane device 2 with a reverse osmosis membrane includes: concentration of washing liquid in a tank 3 storing the washing liquid for washing the reverse osmosis membrane is adjusted to concentration suitable for washing treatment of the reverse osmosis membrane; the washing liquid is pressurized by pumps 1, 4 and warmed by heat generated by the pressurization of the pumps 1, 4; the warmed washing liquid is circulated in the washing liquid tank 3 and the temperature of the washing liquid in the washing liquid tank 3 is adjusted to temperature suitable for the washing treatment of the reverse osmosis membrane; and the washing liquid where concentration and temperature are suitable for the washing treatment of the reverse osmosis membrane is supplied to the reverse osmosis membrane device 2 by using the pumps 1,4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】低水温時期においても洗浄効果を適切に維持でき、分離膜の透水性能を効率良く回復させることが可能な逆浸透膜装置の洗浄方法及び逆浸透膜装置の洗浄装置を提供する。【解決手段】逆浸透膜を備える逆浸透膜装置２の洗浄方法において、逆浸透膜を洗浄する洗浄液を貯留する洗浄液タンク３内の洗浄液の濃度を逆浸透膜の洗浄処理に適した濃度に調整し、洗浄液をポンプ１、４で加圧し、加圧により発生するポンプ１、４の熱を用いて洗浄液を温め、温められた洗浄液を洗浄液タンク３内に循環させることにより洗浄液タンク３内の洗浄液の温度を逆浸透膜の洗浄処理に適した温度に調整し、逆浸透膜の洗浄処理に適した濃度及び温度に調整した洗浄液を、ポンプ１、４を用いて逆浸透膜装置２へ供給して洗浄処理することを含む逆浸透膜装置の洗浄方法である。【選択図】図１
