To provide an image data signal conversion device which is remarkably miniaturized to improve handleability.SOLUTION: An image data signal conversion device 10 comprises: a conversion substrate 11 that inputs an image data signal photographed by an external camera, converts a communications standard of this image data signal, and outputs the signal to a portable information terminal; a battery 12 that supplies a power to the conversion substrate 11; and a housing 20 that includes the conversion substrate 11 and the battery 12.
