PACKAGING BAG WITH SPOUT

To provide a packaging bag with spout which has structure capable of suppressing generation of a separation piece while securing easy-open property of a body part.SOLUTION: A packaging bag 100 with spout includes a surface film part 20, a rear surface film part 30 and a bottom surface film part 40, and also has a sealed peripheral edge seal part 50 at a peripheral edge part. The packaging bag has a body part 10 capable of storing a content, and a spout part 60 for pouring out the content from the body part 10. At the peripheral edge seal part 50, a body opening start point part 71 is formed for opening the body part 10. A part of the peripheral edge seal part 50 is a separation suppression part 55 disposed on an extension line 201 of the body opening start point part 71.
