To provide an outdoor device of an air conditioner which can secure a power supply line between a power supply source and an electric component box even if a length of power supply wiring is insufficient as a whole in existing power supply wiring, and a power supply wiring relay device.SOLUTION: An outdoor device of an air conditioner according to the present invention comprises an electric component box and a power supply wiring relay device, and the power supply wiring relay device has an existing-side connecting part to which existing wiring extending from a power supply source is connected, a new-installation side connecting part to which new installation wiring extending from the electric component box is connected, and an opening part in which the new-installation wiring passes.
