To reduce the calculation load and communication load of a vehicle by improving the accuracy of route calculation.SOLUTION: A vehicle dispatch management device manages dispatch of a vehicle in response to a vehicle dispatch request. The device includes: a mapping table that defines a required map information level for each of a plurality of grids on a map; a vehicle information database that stores vehicle information including an on-vehicle map information level of the vehicle; a vehicle dispatch request acquisition unit that acquires a vehicle dispatch request including a desired getting-on/-off places from a terminal device; a vehicle dispatch plan formulation unit that creates a vehicle dispatch plan for the vehicle as a candidate vehicle, extracted from among the plurality of vehicles based on the vehicle dispatch request, and determines a vehicle dispatch plan for the vehicle that is a specific vehicle; and a vehicle dispatch instruction unit that transmits the vehicle dispatch plan to the specific vehicle.
