Zusammenfassung: | To provide a soft magnetic powder for obtaining a core with an excellent current superposition characteristic, a magnetic core containing the soft magnetic powder, a magnetic component, and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: A soft magnetic alloy powder contains at least a first particle, a second particle, and a third particle that are each constructed by a soft magnetic material. A ratio of a powder density against a calculation density calculated by a composition ratio of the soft magnetic alloy powder 90% or more and 99.5% or less. A virtual two-dimensional coordinate system is assumed in which a median size of a volume reference is defined as a lateral shaft, and a relative powder density obtained by dividing each powder density of the first to third particles by the powder density of the third powder is defined as a vertical shaft, a relation between the median size of the volume reference and the relative powder density from the first particle and the third particle is plotted to the virtual two-dimensional coordinate, and a linear approximation of a data to be plotted is made by the least square method. In the case where an inclination of the linear approximation to be obtained is T(/μm), -0.003≤T≤-0.00005 is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
【課題】直流重畳特性に優れるコア得るための軟磁性粉末と、その軟磁性粉末を含む磁気コア、磁性部品および電子機器を提供すること。【解決手段】それぞれ軟磁性材料で構成してある第1粒子と第2粒子と第3粒子とを少なくとも含む軟磁性合金粉末である。前記軟磁性合金粉末の組成比率から計算される算出密度に対する粉体密度の割合が90%以上99.5%以下である。体積基準のメジアン径を横軸とし、前記第1粒子から第3粒子のそれぞれの粉体密度を第3粒子の粉体密度で割り算した相対粉体密度を縦軸とする仮想の二次元座標を想定し、前記仮想の二次元座標に、前記第1粒子から第3粒子におけるそれぞれの体積基準のメジアン径と前記相対粉体密度との関係をプロットし、プロットしたデータを最小二乗法により線形近似し、得られた近似直線の傾きをT(/μm)とした場合に、-0.003≦T≦-0.00005を満たす。【選択図】図1A |
