Zusammenfassung:To provide a non-destructive method that can measure potassium content in root vegetable hypocotyls.SOLUTION: From the heading stage to the full heading stage, light in the visible light range of 400 to 850 nm is irradiated onto the stems and leaves of a test rice plant. Then, the reflection intensities corresponding to two or more wavelengths of light are measured, and the reflectance is calculated from the reflection intensities. Based on the reflection intensity and reflectance values, the estimated rate of whole grains or the estimated rate of immature grains at harvest of the test plant is non-destructively estimated as the extent of high temperature damage to rice ripening at harvest.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】根菜の胚軸においてカリウム含有率を非破壊で測定することが可能な方法を提供する。【解決手段】出穂期から穂揃期に被検体のイネ茎葉部において、400~850nmである可視光領域の光を照射する。そして、光の二種以上の波長に対応する反射強度を測定して、該反射強度から反射率を算出する。この反射強度及び反射率の値に基づいて被検体の収穫時の推定整粒率又は収穫時の推定未熟粒率を、収穫時のイネ高温登熟障害程度として、非破壊で推定する。【選択図】図1
