Zusammenfassung:	To provide a work-piece alignment device and a work-piece alignment method capable of speeding up work-piece boxing work by a multi-piece system.SOLUTION: There is provided a work-piece alignment method which aligns a plurality of work-pieces 7 having two parallel surfaces on mutually opposite sides and collectively inserts them into partitioned receiving parts 81 of a returnable box 8. The method includes carrying-in step S1, aligning step S2, and arranging step S3.
