PARKING MECHANISM

To provide a parking mechanism which enables reduction of a unit shaft length.SOLUTION: A parking mechanism according to the invention includes: a parking rod which is provided from a housing which houses motor generators to a gear case which houses a parking gear and a parking pole, arranged parallel to axes of the motor generators; a parking cam which is provided at the parking rod and drives the parking pole; and a guide member which guides the parking cam. The guide member has a pipe expanding part where a pipe is expanded centered on an axis of the guide member in front of the parking pole.
