WORKPIECE SUPPLY DEVICE

To provide a small workpiece supply device which can inhibit failure in supply of magnetic workpieces.SOLUTION: A workpiece supply device 101 includes: a cylindrical holder 10 having a guide space 11 which may guide a magnetic workpiece W in a cylinder axis direction Z, and an inlet opening 12 provided at the side in a radial direction Y, and an outlet opening 13 provided at one end side in the cylinder axis direction Z; a workpiece feeder 20 having a workpiece supply pipe 21 which is connected to the inlet opening 12 of the holder 10 and configured to feed the workpiece W from the workpiece supply pipe 21 to the guide space 11 through the inlet opening 12; a plurality of magnets 31 which are provided so as to enclose the guide space 11 in a circumferential direction Z of the holder 10 and hold the workpiece W in such a manner that the workpiece W is floated in the guide space 11 by magnetic force; and a rod member 15 which pushes out the workpiece W held in the guide space 11 of the holder 10 from the outlet opening 13 of the holder 10 by its slide operation in a cylinder axis direction X.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 磁性を持つワークの供給不良を抑制できる小型のワーク供給装置を提供する。【解決手段】ワーク供給装置１０１は、磁性を持つワークＷを筒軸方向Ｚにガイド可能なガイド空間１１と径方向Ｙの側方に設けられた入口開口部１２と筒軸方向Ｚの一端側に設けられた出口開口部１３とを有する筒状のホルダ１０と、ホルダ１０の入口開口部１２に接続されたワーク供給管２１を有しワークＷをワーク供給管２１から入口開口部１２を通じてガイド空間１１に送り込むワークフィーダー２０と、ホルダ１０の周方向Ｚにガイド空間１１を取り囲むように設けられておりワークＷを磁力によってガイド空間１１で浮かせて保持する複数のマグネット３１と、ホルダ１０のガイド空間１１で保持されたワークＷを筒軸方向Ｘのスライド動作によってホルダ１０の出口開口部１３から押し出すロッド部材１５と、を備えている。【選択図】図１
