To provide an outdoor cover which makes sagging of rust less visible and is excellent in the appearance, and to provide a water supply device with the outdoor cover.SOLUTION: An outdoor cover 3 includes: a plurality of frame parts 20 erected around an object device; a plurality of metallic panel parts 40 each of which covers a space between the frame parts 20; and fixing parts 50 which fix both end parts of the panel parts 40 to the adjacent frame parts 20. At least one side end part 40d of both side end parts of the panel part 40 includes: a first bent part 61 bent toward the frame part 20; and a second bent part 62 folded back from the first bent part 61 to the other side end part of the panel part 40.
