The high-strength collagen fiber has a first ultimate tensile strength, and the first additional synthetic fibers have a second ultimate tensile strength, where the first ultimate tensile strength may be in a range of 2 to 15 percent of the second ultimate tensile strength.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
