Zusammenfassung: | To provide a processing method for improving the protection ability of a protection member which protects against electromagnetic waves harmful to the body.SOLUTION: A processing system is provided, comprising: an irradiation bed 12 on which a protection member 5 formed by bonding a first metal plate 1 having high electron affinity and a second metal plate 2 having electron affinity lower than that of the first metal plate is placed; an oscillator 6 which generates terahertz waves; a terahertz wave irradiation system 16A installed between the oscillator 6 and the irradiation bed 12 on which the protection member 5 is placed; a reflected wave detector 10 which receives a reflected wave from a protective unit 5 mounted on the irradiation bed 12; a reflected terahertz wave introduction system 16B which is installed between the protection member (in this embodiment, the protection member) 5 placed on the irradiation bed 12 and the reflected wave detector 10; and an evaluation/control device 11 which evaluates the intensity value of the reflected wave detected by the reflected wave detector 10 and adjusts the transmission output frequency and intensity of the oscillator 6 on the basis of the evaluation result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
