Zusammenfassung:	To provide a fermentation device that can efficiently control a temperature of fermentation materials.SOLUTION: A fermentation device includes a fermentation tank 2 and ferments materials within the fermentation tank 2. Outside the fermentation tank 2, a crushing device 20 and a heating device 22 are provided.
