To inhibit a space between squeeze rolls from being changed unintentionally due to influence by heat input.SOLUTION: In an electric resistance welded tube manufacturing device 100 that heats ends of a band material S formed in a tube shape to produce an electric resistance welded tube R, a regulation device 1 regulates relative movement between a pair of squeeze rolls 161, 162 which butts the ends of the band material S.
