To provide a power storage cell capable of reducing a volume.SOLUTION: A power storage cell 1 comprises: an electrode body 100; a cell case 200; external terminals 300; and a coupling member 400. The electrode body 100 includes: a plurality of positive electrode tubs 110P; and a plurality of negative electrode tubs 110N. The cell case 200 includes: a case main body 210; and a lid 220. The coupling member 400 includes: a positive electrode collection board 412 that is connected to the plurality of positive electrode tubs; a steel plate 414 that connects the positive electrode collection board with the lid, and includes an electric resistance higher than that of the lid; a negative electrode collector board 416 that is connected to the plurality of negative electrode tubs; and a reverse plate 418 that is connected to the negative electrode board, and brought into contact with the lid by reversion.
