Zusammenfassung: | To provide a cleaning method for a benzole scrubber that can exhibit a sufficient cleaning effect even when a temperature of a cleaning fluid to be used is 50°C or lower.SOLUTION: A benzole scrubber (1) comprises an absorption column (2) and an external route (9). The absorption column (2) has a packed bed (2a) inside. The external route (9) is connected to both upper and lower parts of the absorption column (2) and circulates a de-benzole absorption oil (10) between itself and the absorption column (2). A cleaning method comprises a preparation process (#5) and a cleaning process (#10). In the preparation process (#5), a quantity of the de-benzole absorption oil (10) is adjusted in the external route (9), and quinoline is supplied to the external route (9) to prepare a cleaning fluid (25) with a quinoline concentration of 25% or more. In the cleaning process (#10), the cleaning fluid (25) is circulated between the external route (9) and the absorption column (2) to dissolve heavy tar-type blockages adhered to the packed bed (2a).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】用いる洗浄液の温度が50℃以下であっても、十分な洗浄効果を発揮することのできるベンゾールスクラバーの洗浄方法を提供する。【解決手段】ベンゾールスクラバー(1)は、吸収塔(2)と、外部経路(9)と、を含む。吸収塔(2)は、内部に充填層(2a)を有する。外部経路(9)は、吸収塔(2)の上部及び下部に接続され、自身と吸収塔(2)との間で脱ベンゾール吸収油(10)を循環させる。洗浄方法は、準備工程(#5)と、洗浄工程(#10)と、を備える。準備工程(#5)では、外部経路(9)で脱ベンゾール吸収油(10)の量を調整すると共に、外部経路(9)にキノリンを供給して、キノリンの濃度が25%以上の洗浄液(25)を準備する。洗浄工程(#10)では、外部経路(9)と吸収塔(2)との間で洗浄液(25)を循環させ、充填層(2a)に付着している重質タール系閉塞物を溶解する。【選択図】図4 |
