Zusammenfassung:	To provide a medical information processing system and method, and a program that support appropriate diagnosis conducted by a doctor.SOLUTION: In a medical information processing system, a medical information processing apparatus comprises a detection function 111, an extraction function 112, a specification function 113, and a presentation function 114. The detection function 111 detects an abnormal part of a subject based on an image of the subject. The extraction function 112 extracts candidates for sickness based on the abnormal part. The specification function 113 specifies questions for conducting diagnosis of the candidates for sickness.
