Zusammenfassung:To provide a manufacturing method of a solid electrolytic capacitor with excellent leakage current characteristics, equivalent series resistance and high moisture resistance.SOLUTION: A pretreatment agent containing a zwitterionic compound having a phosphate group at the anion site is used to carry out a treatment in which the zwitterionic compound is retained on an anode metal on which a dielectric oxide film has been formed, and then a solid electrolyte layer made of a conductive polymer is formed on the anode metal, thereby providing a solid electrolytic capacitor that exhibits excellent leakage current characteristics and moisture resistance.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】優れた漏れ電流特性及び等価直列抵抗と高い耐湿特性を具備した固体電解コンデンサの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】アニオン部位にリン酸基を有する双性イオン化合物を含む前処理剤を用い、誘電体酸化皮膜が形成された陽極金属上に該双性イオン化合物を保持させる処理を施し、次いで該陽極金属上に導電性高分子からなる固体電解質層を形成することで、優れた漏れ電流特性及び耐湿特性を示す固体電解コンデンサを提供できる。【選択図】なし
