Zusammenfassung: | To provide a low-pass filter that can reach a steady state quickly in the time of power-on.SOLUTION: A low-pass filter includes: a first first conductive type MOS transistor 21; an electrostatic capacitance 22; a buffer circuit 300; a bias circuit 200; an input terminal 51; and an output terminal 52. The input terminal 51 is connected to a source terminal of the first first conductive type MOS transistor 21. A drain terminal of the first first conductive type MOS transistor 21 is connected to the first terminal of the electrostatic capacitance 22, the output terminal 52 and an input terminal 301 of the buffer circuit. An output terminal 302 of the buffer circuit is connected to an input terminal 201 of the bias circuit. An output terminal 202 of the bias circuit is connected to the gate terminal of the first first conductive type MOS transistor 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
