Zusammenfassung:To provide a fuel battery cell capable of suppressing a pressure loss of a gas.SOLUTION: When a difference between a sum of a thickness of each diffusion layer 4 at the time when a bearing is reduced to be 0.6 MPa from 2.0 MPa and a sum of a thickness of each diffusion layer 4 at the time when the bearing is reduced to be 1.7 MPa from 2.0 MPa is a spring value, the spring value is 12.30 μm or more and less than 22.00 μm, and a contact ratio is 12.7% or more and less than 22.4% when a ratio of a sum of an area of an overlapping of a top surface 2f of a rib 2a of both of separators 2 in view of a thickness direction X of a fuel battery cell 1 against a sum of a contact area of each rib 2a contacted to one diffusion layer 4 in a state where one diffusion layer 4 is deformed with one separator 2 by 20 μm in a thickness direction X of the fuel battery cell 1 when both of the separators 2 are contacted to a diffusion bonding body 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】ガスの圧力損失を抑制することができる燃料電池セルを提供する。【解決手段】2.0MPaから0.6MPaになるように面圧を下げた時の、各拡散層4の厚さの合計と、2.0MPaから1.7MPaになるように面圧を下げた時の、各拡散層4の厚さの合計との差をバネ値としたときに、バネ値が、12.30μm以上、22.00μm未満であり、セパレータ2同士を、拡散層接合体3に接触する際に、一方のセパレータ2で一方の拡散層4を燃料電池セル1の厚さ方向Xに20μm変形させた状態において、一方の拡散層4に接触した各リブ2aの接触面積の合計に対する、燃料電池セル1の厚さ方向Xから視たセパレータ2同士のリブ2aの頂面2fの重なり代の面積の合計の割合を、コンタクト率としたときに、コンタクト率は、12.7%以上、22.4%未満である。【選択図】図2
