To solve the problem with a conventional technology that an effect cannot be obtained for a large number of muscles at a time, and an action such as tension and relaxation of a muscle cannot be imparted to a plurality of muscles at the same time.SOLUTION: A current stimulation device outputs an electric signal of an amplitude of 40-500 μA, in which a user does not feel pain and muscle contraction is not generated. The electric signal is a fourth pulse group having a first pulse group whose amplitude increases gradually, a second pulse group whose amplitude is maintained at a constant level, and a third pulse group whose amplitude decreases gradually. The electric signal is supplied to the wrist using a first electrode and a second electrode disposed to the wrist facing each other.
