To provide cosmetics that do not contain a surfactant, or do not contain a surfactant in such an amount to be able to emulsify an oil phase and an aqueous phase only by the surfactant, where even if the cosmetics contain a certain amount of polar oil, the stability can be ensured, and the cosmetics have excellent water resistance and reduced stickiness.SOLUTION: The present disclosure provides cosmetics that do not contain a surfactant, or do not contain a surfactant in such an amount to be able to emulsify an oil phase and an aqueous phase only by the surfactant, the cosmetics comprising (A) an aqueous phase containing an aqueous phase gelator and (B) an oil phase containing an oil phase gelator, the aqueous phase and the oil phase forming a mixture, the oil phase containing (C) polar oil of 30 mass% or more, and the cosmetics having a viscosity of 13000 mPa s or more when let stand.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】界面活性剤を含まないか、界面活性剤のみで油相と水相を乳化できる量の界面活性剤を含まない化粧料を、極性油を一定量含んでいても、安定性を確保することができ、耐水性が良好で、べたつきの軽減されたものとする。【解決手段】界面活性剤を含まないか、界面活性剤のみで油相と水相を乳化できる量の界面活性剤を含まない化粧料であって、（Ａ）水相ゲル化剤を含む水相と、（Ｂ）油相ゲル化剤を含む油相とからなり、水相と油相とが混合物を形成してなり、油相に（Ｃ）極性油を３０質量％以上含み、化粧料の静置粘度が１３０００ｍＰａ・ｓ以上とする。【選択図】なし
