GAIT STATE RECOGNITION DEVICE AND GAIT STATE RECOGNITION METHOD

To provide a gait state recognition device and a gait state recognition method that can recognize and visualize a gait state of a subject as a change in time according to the number of steps.SOLUTION: A gait state recognition device, on the basis of the positions of the knee joint, heel and toe with the hip joint of a subject as the reference, after analyzing the gait structure for each walking cycle of the subject, time-sequentially compares the analysis result with a change in time according to the number of steps obtained as the similar analysis result from a healthy person that becomes the reference with the analysis result as the change in time according to the number of steps, analyzes the comparison result, and recognizes the gait state of the subject on the basis of the analysis result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明は、被検者の歩容状態を歩数に応じた時間経過の変遷として認識して可視化することが可能な歩容状態認識装置および歩容状態認識方法を実現する。【解決手段】被検者の股関節部を基準とする膝関節部、踵部およびつま先部の位置に基づいて、被検者の歩行周期ごとの歩容構造を分析した後、当該分析結果を歩数に応じた時間経過の変遷として、基準となる健常者から同様の分析結果として得られる歩数に応じた時間経過の変遷と時系列的に比較して、当該比較結果を解析するようにして、その解析結果に基づいて、被検者の歩容状態を認識するようにした。【選択図】図１
