Zusammenfassung:To improve workability of maintenance work for a heat-transfer pipe, and suppress stoppage of smoke exhaustion processing work with respect to a heat exchanger and a smoke exhaustion processing device.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger includes: a housing; a plurality of heat-transfer pipes arranged inside the housing; a first header fixed to the housing and connected to one end portions of the plurality of heat-transfer pipes; a second header fixed to the housing and connected to the other end portions of the plurality of heat-transfer pipes; a first access part accessing the connection parts of the plurality of heat-transfer pipes in the first header from the outside of the first header; a second access part accessing the connection parts of the plurality of heat-transfer pipes in the second header from the outside of the second header; a support plate arranged inside the housing and supporting due to insertion of the plurality of heat-transfer pipes into a plurality of support holes; and a resonance prevention plate arranged inside the housing and positioned between the plurality of heat-transfer pipes.
