The heat exchange structure comprises: a frame including a plurality of battery storage parts in which batteries are stored; a plurality of heat exchange modules which are disposed below or above the frame and in which a medium flow passage is provided; and a fastener which fastens the plurality of heat exchange modules with each other. Each of the plurality of heat exchange modules includes a connection part which is connected with the other adjacent heat exchange module. The connection part is overlapped with the other adjacent connection part in a vertical direction and fastened to the frame by the fastener together with the other connection part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】組み付けコストを低減できる熱交換構造を提供する。【解決手段】本開示の一態様は、電動車に搭載されたバッテリの熱交換を行う熱交換構造である。熱交換構造は、バッテリが収容される複数のバッテリ収容部を有するフレームと、フレームの下方又は上方に配置されると共に、内部に媒体流路が設けられた複数の熱交換モジュールと、複数の熱交換モジュール同士を締結する締結具と、を備える。複数の熱交換モジュールは、隣接する他の熱交換モジュールと連結される連結部をそれぞれ有する。連結部は、隣接する他の連結部と上下方向に重ね合わされると共に、締結具によってフレームに対し他の連結部と共に締結される。【選択図】図2 |
