HEAT EXCHANGE STRUCTURE

To provide a heat exchange structure capable of reducing assembly cost.SOLUTION: A heat exchange structure performs heat exchange of a battery mounted on an electric motor car. The heat exchange structure comprises: a frame including a plurality of battery storage parts in which batteries are stored; a plurality of heat exchange modules which are disposed below or above the frame and in which a medium flow passage is provided; and a fastener which fastens the plurality of heat exchange modules with each other. Each of the plurality of heat exchange modules includes a connection part which is connected with the other adjacent heat exchange module.
