The inner mold 51 includes a reception part 511 for receiving the opening end part 111 in an opening direction DO which is a direction to an opening end part 111 from a bottom part 12 and a recess 512 dented from the reception part 511 in the opening direction DO. In an arrangement process S2, a seal end part 111S which is a portion constituting a side seal part S among the opening end part 111 is arranged so as to be opposed to the recess 512.
