To provide a service providing system capable of acquiring preference/avoidance of sound waves, etc. of each of a plurality of fish species.SOLUTION: A service providing system comprises a user device, an information providing device, and an analysis device. The information providing device includes an estimation part using a learned model to estimate sound waves that a fish species avoids or prefers according to the fish species, and an estimation result transmission part for transmitting an estimation result of the estimation part to the user device. The user device includes an output part for outputting a sound wave corresponding to the estimation result, and a reaction acquisition part for acquiring information representing reaction of a fish to the output.
