COMPONENT SUPPLY DEVICE AND COMPONENT MOUNTING APPARATUS

To provide a component supply device which can safely and easily remove a part feeder attached to a feeder carriage with one hand and a component mounting apparatus having the component supply device.SOLUTION: A notch 55K is provided in a middle part in the slide direction with respect to a feeder base 23 of a slider 55 in a part feeder 11, and a positioning guide 26 as a stopper is provided on the rear side of a feeder attachment part 25. The positioning guide 26 is brought into contact with a rear end of a front slider 55a when the part feeder 11 tilts in the direction in which the rear end of the part feeder 11 is lowered just before the part feeder 11 is moved rearward from a state where the slider 55 is attached to the feeder attachment part 25 and the front slider 55a located on the front side of the notch 55K in the slider 55 comes out of the feeder attachment part 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 22 【課題】フィーダ台車に取り付けられたパーツフィーダを片手で安全かつ容易に取り外すことができる部品供給装置およびこの部品供給装置を備えた部品搭載装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】パーツフィーダ１１が備えるスライダ５５のフィーダベース２３に対するスライド方向の中間部に切欠き部５５Ｋが設けられており、フィーダ取付け部２５の後方にはストッパとしての位置決めガイド２６が備えられる。位置決めガイド２６は、スライダ５５がフィーダ取付け部２５に取り付けられた状態からパーツフィーダ１１が後方に移動され、スライダ５５のうち切欠き部５５Ｋよりも前方に位置する前部スライダ５５ａがフィーダ取付け部２５から抜け出る直前においてパーツフィーダ１１の後端が下がる方向にパーツフィーダ１１が傾いたとき前部スライダ５５ａの後端と当接する。【選択図】図２２
