BAND-SHAPED MEMBER FOR EXPANSION PIPE CONSTRUCTION METHOD

To provide a band-shaped member for an expansion pipe construction method, which can suppress occurrence of thread-like peeling debris and scratch marks during pulling up of a wire, when constructing a spiral pipe for the rehabilitation of an aged existing pipe by the expansion pipe construction method.SOLUTION: A band-shaped member 10 for an expansion pipe construction method comprises: a band plate part 11 which becomes a pipe wall on an inner circumferential side of a spiral pipe 3; an inclined connection part 20 extending obliquely from an end part on a first side in a width direction of the band plate part 11 toward an outer periphery; a first fitting part 30 that is continuous with the inclined connection part 20 and has a plurality of fitting grooves 33 and 34; and a second fitting part 40 including a plurality of fitting protrusions 41 and 42 protruding from an end part on a second side in a width direction of the band plate part 11 toward an outer circumferential side. The inclined connection part 20 has an inclined connection surface 21. The end part on the second side of the band plate part 11 forms an inclined end surface 12e. When a pipe is constructed, a wire-pulling gap 72 is formed between the inclined connection surface 21 and the inclined end surface 14. A size D72 of the wire-pulling gap 72 at its narrowest part is equal to or larger than a diameter φ9 of a wire 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3(a) 【課題】老朽化した既設管の更生等のための螺旋管を拡張製管工法によって構築する際、ワイヤの引き取り時に糸状剥離屑及び擦傷痕が出来るのを抑制できる拡張製管工法用帯状部材を提供する。【解決手段】拡張製管工法用帯状部材１０は、螺旋管３の内周側の管壁となる帯板部１１と、帯板部１１の幅方向の第１側の端部から外周側へ斜めに延び出る傾斜接続部２０と、傾斜接続部２０と連なるとともに複数の嵌合溝３３，３４を有する第１嵌合部３０と、帯板部１１の幅方向の第２側の端部から外周側へ突出された複数の嵌合凸条４１，４２を含む第２嵌合部４０を備えている。傾斜接続部２０は傾斜接続面２１を有している。帯板部１１の第２側の端部は、傾斜端面１２ｅとなっている。製管されたとき、傾斜接続面２１と傾斜端面１４との間にワイヤ引き抜き間隙７２が形成される。ワイヤ引き抜き間隙７２の最狭部における大きさＤ７２は、ワイヤ９の直径φ９以上である。【選択図】図３（ａ）
