Zusammenfassung: | To provide a device capable of measuring at a time, concentration of particles having two or more kinds of particle diameters with a compact constitution.SOLUTION: A particulate sensor comprises: an intake port taking in air containing particles; an intake flow path an inlet of which is connected to the intake port; and a sizing space that is provided at an outlet of the intake flow path, and divides the air into first air containing particles of a first particle diameter or less and second air containing particles larger than the first particle diameter. Inlets of a first division flow path and a second division flow path are disposed in the sizing space. A light-emitting part irradiates with light the first air and the second air having flowed through the first division flow path and the second division flow path, respectively. A first light receiving part and a second light receiving part receive each light scattered by the particles contained in the first air and the second air, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】コンパクトな構成で、粒径が2種類以上の粒子の濃度を一度に計測可能な装置を提供する。【解決手段】粒子が含まれた空気を取り込む取込口と、取込口に入口が接続された取込流路と、取込流路の出口に設けられた、第1粒径以下の粒子を含む第1の空気と、第1粒径より大きい粒子を含む第2の空気とに分流する分粒空間を備える。分粒空間には、第1分流路および第2分流路の入口が配置される。発光部は、第1分流路および第2分流路をそれぞれ流れてきた第1の空気と第2の空気に光を照射する。第1受光部および第2受光部は、第1の空気と第2の空気にそれぞれ含まれる粒子により散乱した光をそれぞれ受光する。【選択図】図4 |
