Zusammenfassung:	To provide a control device capable of bringing emotion of a driver into emotion suitable for safe driving.SOLUTION: A control device comprising a control unit configured to control a vehicle, the control unit being configured to: estimate emotion of a driver of the vehicle while the vehicle is traveling; set a target emotion of the driver in accordance with a surrounding situation of the vehicle; on the basis of the estimated driver's emotion and the target emotion, predict vehicle interior environment in which the emotion of the driver can be changed to the target emotion; and perform vehicle interior environment control for controlling an on-vehicle device of the vehicle so as to achieve the predicted vehicle interior environment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】運転者の感情を安全運転に適した感情にさせることができる制御装置を提供すること。【解決手段】車両を制御する制御部を備えた制御装置であって、制御部は、車両が走行中に当該車両の運転者の感情を推定し、車両の周辺状況に応じて運転者の目標感情を設定し、推定された運転者の感情と目標感情とに基づいて、運転者の感情を目標感情に変化させることができる車室環境を予測し、予測された車室環境となるように車両の車載装置を制御する車室環境制御を実行する。【選択図】図１
