Zusammenfassung:To provide a technology that can suppress a gap that may occur between a primary conductor and a primary bobbin when the primary conductor starts winding around the primary bobbin.SOLUTION: A primary coil is formed by stacking a primary conductor 81 while being wound around a primary bobbin 41. The primary bobbin 41 has a bobbin cylindrical portion 411, a first flange portion 412, and a second flange portion 413. A winding portion 53 excluding one end and the other end of the primary conductor 81 is wound around the bobbin cylindrical portion 411. The first flange portion 412 extends radially outwards from one end of the bobbin cylindrical portion 411 in the axial direction. The second flange portion 413 extends radially outwards from the other end of the bobbin cylindrical portion 411 in the axial direction. The first flange portion 412 has a tapered surface 450 on a facing surface 415 opposite the second flange portion 413.
