ON-VEHICLE NOTIFICATION SYSTEM AND BUS

To provide an on-vehicle notification system which can notify the outside of a vehicle of a fact that a passenger is confined in a bus by a simple configuration, and a bus.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle notification system S comprises: an alighting button 4 which is operated by a passenger who gets off a bus; an inside vehicle notification unit 6 which notifies the inside of a vehicle of a fact that the alighting button 4 is operated; an outside vehicle notification unit 7 which notifies the outside of the vehicle of a fact that the alighting button 4 is operated; a power switch 2 which takes an on state in an operation of the bus and takes an off state in non-operation of the bus; and a control unit 9 which controls the inside vehicle notification 6 unit and the outside vehicle notification unit 7.
