When the abnormalities of the reactor continues after the mitigation countermeasures are executed, the control unit executes a rapid coolant flow rate reduction countermeasure that reduces a flow rate of a coolant circulating through the primary cooling system compared to before the mitigation countermeasures are executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】原子炉の異常に対して適切な緩和措置を実行して、一次冷却系の健全性を好適に担保する。【解決手段】一次冷却系に含まれる原子炉の異常に対する緩和措置を行う原子炉の異常緩和設備において、前記一次冷却系の出力に関するパラメータである出力パラメータに基づいて、前記緩和措置を実行する制御部を備え、前記制御部は、前記緩和措置の実行後に、前記原子炉の異常が継続している場合、前記一次冷却系を流通する冷却材の流量を、前記緩和措置の実行前に比して減少させる冷却材流量急減措置を実行する。【選択図】図3
