Zusammenfassung:To discover a ground fault accident early by locating a ground fault point with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An information processing device having a processor and a storage device acquires accident information including a current value of surge current when a distribution line has a ground fault from a plurality of measurement terminals installed at a plurality of points of the distribution line, removes a line noise component of the distribution line to be superimposed on the surge current from the current value of the surge current, calculates a first time when the surge current becomes a peak value first as a surge arrival time at which the surge current arrives at the plurality of measurement terminals for each of the points when the distribution line has a ground fault, and locates a ground fault point at which the ground fault occurs on the basis of difference of the first time between the adjacent points.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 地絡点を精度よく標定し、地絡事故を早期に発見する。【解決手段】 プロセッサ及び記憶装置を有する情報処理装置であって、配電線の複数地点に設置される複数の計測端末から、前記配電線が地絡した際のサージ電流の電流値を含む事故情報を取得し、前記サージ電流の電流値から、前記サージ電流に重畳する前記配電線の線路ノイズ成分を除去し、前記配電線が地絡した際に前記サージ電流が最初にピーク値となる第1時刻を、前記サージ電流が前記複数の計測端末に到達するサージ到達時刻として、前記地点毎に求め、隣接する前記地点間における前記第1時刻の差を基に前記地絡が発生した地絡点を標定する。【選択図】図1
