SAFETY DEVICE FOR OPENING/CLOSING DEVICE

To provide a safety device for an opening/closing device capable of improving the reliability of an operation for temporarily stopping a door body and smoothly closing the door body thereafter.SOLUTION: A safety device 10 for an opening/closing device 1 includes a moving section 721 which moves when a door body 30 is in an opening/closing movement, and a stopper section 80 with which the moving section 721 collides so as to temporarily stop the opening/closing operation of the door body 30 when the door body 30 is moved at a specified speed or higher.
