Zusammenfassung: | To provide a coil component having a component side perpendicular to the coil axis direction and capable of reducing the stray capacitance of a coil pattern while sufficiently obtaining the area of a terminal electrode.SOLUTION: A coil component 1 includes: an element body 2 having a component side S1; coil patterns C1-C4 embedded in the element body 2 and having a coil axis direction perpendicular to the component side S1; terminal electrodes E1-E4 connected to the coil patterns C1-C4 and exposed to the component side S1. The terminal electrodes E1-E4 include notch parts A not so as to overlap with the coil patterns C1-C4 in a plan view viewed from the coil axis direction; and this can reduce the stray capacitances of the coil patterns C1-C4 while ensuring the exposure areas of the terminal electrodes E1-E4 on the component side S1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】実装面がコイル軸方向に対して垂直であるコイル部品において、端子電極の面積を十分に確保しつつ、コイルパターンの浮遊容量を低減する。【解決手段】コイル部品1は、実装面S1を有する素体2と、素体2に埋め込まれ、コイル軸方向が実装面S1に対して垂直なコイルパターンC1~C4と、コイルパターンC1~C4に接続され、実装面S1に露出する端子電極E1~E4とを備える。端子電極E1~E4には、コイル軸方向から見た平面視でコイルパターンC1~C4と重ならないよう切り欠き部Aが設けられている。これにより、実装面S1における端子電極E1~E4の露出面積を確保しつつ、コイルパターンC1~C4の浮遊容量を削減することができる。【選択図】図2 |
