INNER SPACER

To provide an inner spacer capable of suppressing positional deviation of a chest belt caused when falling while wearing a full harness type safety belt.SOLUTION: An inner spacer 1 is used together with a full harness type safety belt 100 having a chest belt 103 for connecting a pair of shoulder belts 101 hung on the right and left shoulders of a wearer H to each other in front of the chest of the wearer H, and is worn on the inside of a garment having the full harness type safety belt attached to the outside of the garment. In the inner spacer, a front body 10 for covering the chest of the wearer H has: an elastically deformable upper cushion 11 arranged in its upper portion; an elastically deformable lower cushion 12 arranged in its lower portion; and a connection part 13 arranged between the upper cushion 11 and the lower cushion 12 to connect them and extending in a body width direction W.
