Zusammenfassung:To provide a standard zoom lens that is high in optical performance while achieving a lightweight focus group, and to provide an imaging device that includes the zoom lens.SOLUTION: A zoom lens according to the present invention comprises, with the broadest air gap at a wide-angle end as a boundary: a front group (G1 and G2) that has negative refractive power on an object side; and a rear group (G3, G4, and G5) on an image side. The zoom lens is configured to vary power from the wide-angle end to a telephoto end by changing an air gap between lens groups so as to reduce at least an air gap between the front group and the rear group, in which the rear group includes a focus group F that consists of a cemented lens having a lens Lp with positive refractive power and a lens Ln with the negative refractive power cemented; move the focus group F in an optical axis direction to thereby focus on a close object from infinity; and satisfy a predetermined condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本件発明の課題はフォーカス群の軽量化を図りつつ、光学性能の高い標準系のズームレンズ及び当該ズームレンズを備えた撮像装置を提供することにある。【解決手段】上記課題を解決するため、本件発明に係るズームレンズは広角端における最も広い空気間隔を境に、物体側に負の屈折力を有する前群(G1,G2)と、像側に正の屈折力を有する後群(G3,G4,G5)とを備え、少なくとも前群と後群との間の空気間隔を減少させるようにレンズ群間の空気間隔を変化させることで広角端から望遠端へ変倍し、後群は、正の屈折力を有するレンズLpと負の屈折力を有するレンズLnとが接合された接合レンズからなるフォーカス群Fを含み、当該フォーカス群Fを光軸方向に移動させることで無限遠から近接物体への合焦を行い、所定の条件を満足するズームレンズとする。【選択図】図1
