Zusammenfassung:To provide an action force detecting functional fastening metal fitting capable of detecting a force and a load acting on each part of various machine structures, and a method of using the same.SOLUTION: In the case of a multiple action force detecting functional fastening metal fitting, an annular groove 19 having a required width and depth along an outer periphery of the functional fastening metal fitting shaft is inscribed in a part where a lower surface of a head of the functional fastening metal fitting is connected to a functional fastening metal fitting shaft part. A reaction force acting on the functional fastening metal head part 1 from an outer surface of the fastened material, as the functional fastening metal shaft part 2 is screwed, preferentially acts on an outer peripheral portion of the functional fastening metal head lower surface 7. A strain detecting surface provided on an upper surface of the functional fastening metal head is deformed in a direction of warping due to the reaction force received from the fastened material during screwing, to generate an amount sufficient for detecting and analyzing the deformation, of surface strain. Such shaping enhances a detection function to enable effective use.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】多様な機械構造の各部位に作用する力や負荷を検出することを可能とする作用力検出機能性締結金具とその使用方法を提供する。【解決手段】多元作用力検出機能性締結金具の場合、機能性締結金具の頭部下面が機能性締結金具軸部に連接する部位に、機能性締結金具軸部の外周に沿って所要の幅と深さを有する環状の溝19が削り込まれており、該機能性締結金具軸部2のねじ込みに伴って被締結材外面から該機能性締結金具頭部1へ作用する反力が、該機能性締結金具頭部下面7の外周部位に優先的に作用する。機能性締結金具頭部の上表面に設けられた該歪検出面が、ねじ込み使用時に、被締結材から受ける反力により、反り返る方向に変形し、変形の検出および解析に必要十分な量の表面歪が発生する。かかる造形が、検出機能を高め、有効な使用を可能にする。【選択図】図2
