Zusammenfassung:To provide a toner that is resistant against stress, has excellent low temperature fixability, and can form high-quality images over a long period.SOLUTION: A toner includes toner base particles including a binder resin, a mold release agent, and an electrification control agent, and an external additive. The external additive includes polymethyl silsesquioxane particles subjected to hydrophobic treatment. The toner has a glass-transition temperature of 48°C or more and 60°C or less. In measurement using a flow tester, in a state where 1.0 g of the toner is applied with a load of 22.5 kgf while being heated at a temperature increase rate of 3°C/min, the temperature when a stroke position at 40°C is pressed by 0.1 mm is 54°C or more and 65°C or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】ストレスに強く、低温定着性に優れ、長期的に高品質な画像を形成できるトナーの提供。【解決手段】結着樹脂、離型剤、及び帯電制御剤を含むトナー母体粒子と、外添剤と、を含むトナーであって、前記外添剤が、疎水化処理されたポリメチルシルセスキオキサン粒子を含み、ガラス転移温度が48℃以上60℃以下であり、フローテスターでの測定において、前記トナー1.0gを昇温速度3℃/分で加熱しながら22.5kgfの荷重を加えた状態で40℃でのストローク位置から、ストローク位置が0.1mm押し込まれるときの温度が54℃以上65℃以下である。【選択図】なし
